New Expansions for the Award-winning Stone Blade game to Release in 2021
VISTA, CA., February, 2021 – Playdek, the award-winning digital board game developer and publisher, along with Stone Blade Entertainment, leading board game designer and publisher, today announce a publishing agreement that will see Playdek continue to develop and publish digital adaptations of Stone Blade’s Ascension: Deck Building series of games. The goal of the partnership is to bring the best digital content and deck building game experience to gamers worldwide, while continuing to build on the global community of Ascension online players.

The first new product to come from the renewed partnership is Ascension: Deliverance, the thirteenth expansion for the Ascension game universe. In Deliverance, the world of dreams has become a living nightmare. With the portal between dreams and reality opened, the world has descended into madness. Players must harness the power needed to close the portal to the Dreamscape and restore the world to order. Ascension: Deliverance will release in Q1 2021.
In addition, Playdek will be adding the Ascension: 10 Year Anniversary Edition art and content that was featured in the Ascension: Tactics Kickstarter as a free update for all Ascension digital players. This selectable set features remastered cards, new art featuring Ascension’s most iconic characters and a 10th Anniversary game board layout. The free set will be released alongside the Deliverance expansion.
